The cottage sleeps 5/6 comfortably, arranged as two double bedrooms and a twin bed room with views onto the surrounding gardens.

The cottage has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. Tthe house offers spacious accommodation with TV, Video and CD player with a selection of books games and videos for your enjoyment On the ground floor is a comfortably furnished lounge leading to the dining room with seating for 6 with elegant pine furniture.

The spacious kitchen is well equipped. There is a shower room with WC and handbasin and a washing machine and utility room in the basement.

The three bedrooms are on the first floor.

Garden furniture and barbeque are provided. There is a barn at the back of the property, which can park up to 3 cars or there is a large driveway with parking for 5 cars.

Set in a semi rural position just a 10 minute walk from the village of St. Gelven the cottage is close to tourist attractions including Lac du Guerledan, Foret de Quenecan and the Abbey of Bon Repos.

The lovely towns of Mur de Bretagne and Gourec are only a 10 minute drive away.

Lake Guerledan is a 5 minute drive away and has safe beaches and swimming, water sport sand game fishing.

Mur de Bretagne has good shopping facilities, restaurants and night markets in the summer, also just 5 minutes drive.

Horse riding, golf, sailing and fishing are all close at hand.

The north and south coasts are approximately 1 hour’s drive.
