The house is simple yet comfortably furnished. It is well equipped and sleeps 5 and a baby (cot, playpen, bath and stairgate). There is electric heating throughout and blankets duvets and pillows provided.

There is an open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen has gas cooker, fridge, kettle and microwave. The dining area has table and chairs for 6 and the lounge has 2 easy chairs and a settee.

The ground floor bedroom has twin beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment and houses the washing machine. There is a separate WC.

On the first floor is a large twin bedded room with cot and a smaller room with a single bed. There is a shower room with WC on the first floor.

There is lawned garden all round the house, the large area to the back being fenced so safe for young children. There is also a patio here with garden furniture and BBQ.

The house is situated in the small, typically Breton village of Bieuzy les Eaux. Here you will find a small mini market for essential supplies with a good butcher’s department.

Many stone wells and old buildings make the village attractive to wander around. There are a lot of walks and cycle rides along the local tracks and quiet roads and the nearby Blavet River with its maintained towpath is excellent for cycling. There are 2 bikes at the cottage which guests are invited to use (at their own risk)

At St Nicholas des Eaux canoes can be hired and fishing permits are available.

Close by is a 9-hole golf course and within 40 minutes the courses of Auray, Baden and Vannes.

The coast and Gulf of Morbihan for water sports and beaches and marvelous seafood restaurants are a 45 minute drive.

Good restaurants and creperies are close by and a variety of shops can be found in Pontivy and Baud.
