On the ground floor is a large, comfortable lounge featuring a granite fireplace, large pine table and chairs, and a well-equipped fitted kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and shower room.

The first floor has two twin-bedded rooms and a second bathroom. A washing machine is in the utility room at the side of the house.

This is a delightful place to relax as the cottage is set in a large, secluded garden bordered by woodland, a safe place for children to play and explore.

The cottage is only a few kilometres from the market town of Baud, which has good shops, restaurants, swimming pool and tennis courts. Other activities such as riding, fishing, wind-surfing and golf are a short drive away.

The ancient towns of Pontivy, Auray, Vannes and Josselin make excellent day trips, and the beautiful Golfe de Morbihan and the south Brittany coast is 40 minutes away.

Barbecue and garden furniture are provided. Electricity is metered and charged.
