The ground floor comprises a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge, cooker and microwave and a lounge /dining room comfortably furnished.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two singles. There is also a spacious shower room. Central heating and a log stove make this a cosy cottage out of season too.
At the rear of the cottage, overlooking the garden is a south facing patio with barbecue where you can relax and enjoy the long summer evenings. This is an ideal garden for small children as it is enclosed and set to lawn.
The cottage is close to attractive countryside and is well-located for the Blavet River valley; the heathland of Landes de Lanvaux and the wonderful Gulfe de Morbihan and south coast.
Activities such as golf; riding; canoeing; fishing ; wind-surfing are only a short drive away. Local shops, creperie, bars, restaurants and banks are nearby in Plumeliau; Baud and Pontivy provide a wider variety.
Duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided and electricity and gas are included in the rent.
