The lively town of Pontivy is about 10 minutes drive where you will find bars, restaurants, shops and an open-air swimming pool.

The village of Kerfourn is walking distance for local shopping.

The beaches of the south coast are approximately 45 minutes away and there are many places of interest to visit to suit all the family.

Inside the cottage there is a lounge/diner with wood burning fire and cosy, luxury leather sofas, dining table and chairs. French doors open onto the patio.

TV/Video, DVD and CD player are provided.

The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, microwave, cooker, fridge and freezer. There is also a highchair

The bathroom has shower, bath WHB and WC.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table, the other with a double bed and bunk bed, which sleeps two on the bottom, wardrobe and dressing table.

The stairs are fitted with safety gates. Games and toys are provided.

Outside there is a large garden to the rear of the cottage with fruit trees for shade.

The patio has quality garden furniture to relax in, barbecue for outside entertaining and ample parking off the road.

The house is available for long lets.

Bedding is provided. Towels are not included.
