A partially enclosed veranda off the kitchen and overlooking the garden and countryside beyond is ideal for outdoor meals and the garden with BBQ and garden furniture is a safe place for children to play and adults to relax.

A short drive will take you to the village of St Barthelemy with its mini-market, boulangerie restaurants and bars and Baud, a 10-minute drive is a pleasant market town with a wider variety of shops, restaurants and swimming pool.

The river is a about 5 minutes away where you can walk or cycle along the towpath finding interesting café, restaurants and picnic spots along the way.
The coast is 35 minutes away. You will find a wealth of beaches and rocky coves to explore; boat trips around the Gulf of Morbihan; and the golf courses for the enthusiast.

Lake Guerledan to the north has safe beaches and swimming; boat trips and interesting places to visit around its shores too.

Horse riding, fishing and golf are amongst the activities close by and the historic market towns of Pontivy, Vannes, Auray and Josselin make excellent day trips. There is something for all the family.
