| All rents are inclusive of Gas, Water and Electricity charges unless stated otherwise in details. Energy (electricity and gas) will be charged by means of meters in winter months.

| Properties will be found clean on arrival and should be left the same. If you are unable to clean before departure this can be arranged for you at a charge of €15 per hour. Please call Marion by mid week to arrange this. A charge will be deducted from the security deposit if properties are not left clean. |
