The property Coet et Jardin is only 600m from the sea on the southern Brittany coast.

It is set in peaceful countryside only a few minutes from the picturesque fishing village of Doelan, 15 minutes from the renowned town of Pont Aven on the coast and about 1 hour from the Gulf of Morbihan.

La Grange was originally built to make and store the cider from the farm.. It has been transformed into a delightful family holiday home for 4 or 5 persons.

The ground floor has a spacious open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen, well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer. The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with a single and bunk beds; a bathroom and separate WC.

There is a shared laundry room equipped with 7kg capacity washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.

The property has a shared  5000 sq.m. pool which is heated all year and has a cover which can be removed in summer months. There is also a Badminton court, table tennis and table football.

Activities such as fishing; golf; horseriding; watersports and walking are all close by.
BBQ and garden furniture are provided and linen is included in the rent.
