The Moulin a Papier is a traditional detached stone built house, set in 3 acres at the end of a lane. It has idyllic views out across open meadow land and woodland, a peaceful location but convenient for local towns and villages.

There is a large garden to the front and rear of the house with lawn and shrubs and a further stretch of meadowland leading to the stream and woods beyond.

The Moulin has 3 double bedrooms and can sleep 6 in comfort

The ground floor has a large open plan living room, kitchen/dining area, well equipped with dishwasher; microwave; 4 ring gas cooker with oven & grill; fridge ;( washing machine & freezer in utility room).

The lounge has a comfortable settee and chairs, and a built-in wood- burning fireplace.

A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, each with double bed and built-in wardrobe and bathroom with bath/shower /wc./basin.

The second floor has a large bedroom with two single beds and a landing ideal for quiet reading or games.

There are exposed oak beams throughout the house and large windows opening onto the beautiful views. All rooms are pleasantly decorated and have lovely wooden floors

TV; VCR; radio/CD-tape player are provided and outside a BBQ and garden furniture will add to your enjoyment of the garden.

The house is about 3 kms from the market town of Guemene sur Scorff where you will find good supermarkets, boulangeries, restaurants and bars.

The south coast is about 35 minutes drive

The Moulin is well located for all sporting activities as golf, riding, canoeing, cycling and fishing are all within a short drive.

The wood fire and electric heating make this house comfortable in the spring and autumn too

Duvets and pillows are provided and linen can be hired.
