Entrance is into the spacious farmhouse kitchen, well-equipped with washing machine, dishwaher electric cooker and fridge/freezer and featuring open fireplace with log burning stove. There is an attractive and comfortably furnished lounge, also featuring an open fireplace.

The first floor comprises a large bathroom with bath and shower attachment; a double bedded room with a cot; a childrens room with bunk beds and three single beds. A steep staircase leads to the second floor, a very attractve area with exposed roof beams, providing two spacious bedrooms, one with a two single beds and the other a comfortable double futon and single bed. There is also a large shower room with WC.

Outside is a large patio, two lawned gardens with table and chairs and behind the house a large field with a splendid view across open, undulating countryside. The house has a warm, family atmosphere and is ideally situated for relaxing or exploring the natural beauty of this region.

Cycling, walking, fishing, watersports,riding, historic towns, markets, good shopping facilities and numerous restaurants are all within easy reach.

Duvets and pillows are provided, linen can be hired. Electricity is included in the rent.
