This traditional detached cottage is in a quiet location on the edge of the village of St. Nicolas-du-Pélem.

All accommodation is comfortably furnished and on the first floor. It comprises of 2 double bedrooms, a lounge/dining room, a well-equipped, fitted kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, plus separate WC.

The ground floor comprises of a basement area and garage (with washing machine).  There is also a parking bay for a second car.

Outside there is a large lawned garden, with garden furniture and barbecue.

The cottage is a 5 minute walk from the centre of the village where there is a bakery, café/bar, restaurants and banks. There is a large supermarket situated on the outskirts of the village.

This is an excellent base for exploring central Brittany. The local area provides many opportunities for outdoor pursuits, such as walking and fishing. It is close to the Guérledan Lake which offers a range of leisure activities including boat trips and water sports, and is a 35 minute drive from the sandy beaches and fishing ports of the northern coast.

The nearest town, Rostrenen, is a 20 minute drive away and to the North, St Brieuc provides a greater variety of shopping and restaurants.
